(Please read before signing your booking form)

(1) PAYMENT STRUCTURE:
Your booking will be held for 14 days only and is confirmed once we receive your signed Booking Slip and your $99.00 (non-refundable) Initial Deposit. Your Second Instalment of $220.00 (non-refundable) is due in our office 6 weeks prior to your tour. This payment assists us in allocating the correct vehicle size, seating at meal venues and allows us to prepare and organise your itinerary.  The final balance (less any previous payments made) is due 10 days prior to your tour.

Once Final Payment is made you can still invite extra people on your tour providing seats are still available.

ALL confirmed shoppers MUST be paid in FULL prior to your tour. Please advise us no later than 2 clear business days prior to your tour if you have a change in numbers as Condition #4 applies if you drop below 25 Adult Shoppers on the day, all day. Any paid seats are Non-refundable and Non-transferable once you have finalised your numbers 2 days prior.

The prices within our brochure are based on you paying for and actually having a MINIMUM number of 25 Adult Shoppers (over 13 years of age) on your tour, all day. Children 12 years or under pay 1/2 the relevant adult price, but CANNOT be counted as Adult Shoppers. Melbourne Shopping operates this tour at a huge ' up-front' loss so we must rely on a minimum number of adult shoppers on tour, all day to earn sufficient commission on your sales to recoup our losses to run your tour.

(2) DROP INS (additional outlets not listed on your itinerary):
Deluxe 10 - if you visit extra outlets on the day, over and above those that are pre-booked on your itinerary, commission will only be paid on those outlets that offer 6% or greater (as per our outlet list) therefore commission will NOT be paid on DROP IN outlets that offer less than 6%.

Deluxe 5 - NO Commission will be paid for extra outlets visited on the day. Commission will still be paid on pre-booked outlets on your itinerary (as per our outlet list).

Deluxe 10 bookings can swap to the Deluxe 5 or Non-Fundraising option, however, Deluxe 5 or Non-Fundraising bookings CANNOT swap to the Deluxe 10 option as well as Non-Fundraising bookings CANNOT swap to the Deluxe 5 or Deluxe 10 option. If unsure which option to choose we suggest you book the Deluxe 10 option for greater flexibility.

(3) ALCOHOL/SMOKING:
Alcohol or smoking is NOT permitted by law on any vehicle.

(4) DROP IN NUMBERS ON DAY OF TOUR:
Our tour prices are based on the number of Full Paying Adult Shoppers on your tour, all day. Therefore, if you have quoted your group the 36+ Adult price and you drop below 36+ adults on tour on the day you will be required to pay the higher price for 25 - 35 adults as listed, irrespective of the number of adults you confirmed and pre-paid for. If this occurs any monies owing will be deducted from your commission.

Any paid seats are Non-refundable and Non-transferable.

Prices are based on 25 Full Paying Adult Shoppers on tour, all day. A MINIMUM of 25 Adult Shoppers must be paid for to run your tour. If you have less than 25 Adult Shoppers on tour, no refunds are given and the following applies...

~ 21 - 24 Adults on day (Deluxe 5 or 10) extra $99 will be deducted from your commission.

~ 16 - 20 Adults on day (Deluxe 10) a reduced commission rate aplies.                                                             (Deluxe 5) NO commission will be paid.

~ 15 Adults or less (No commission will be paid)

This is to partially cover the cost of running your tour with less Adult Shoppers on board.
