Do I need a physical ticket?
No, the hostess will have your name on the list. But please have your email confirmation handy in case for some reason you’re not on the list!
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred. If you can’t make it, a friend is welcome to take your place.
What should I bring on the day?
We also encourage shoppers to bring their own shopping bags, big ones. Striped zip up bags are perfect.
Something that can close up and is durable is ideal, as your purchases will be stored under the bus.
Bring extra water and snacks to keep up your energy, it’s a demanding day!
You are welcome to bring your own lunch, otherwise there will be a scheduled 30-minute lunch stop at great food court or McDonalds.
What happens if I miss the bus?
The bus runs on a strict schedule and departs at the time specified. The tour cannot wait for people who are late. Please note there are no refunds for people who miss the bus.
Are children allowed on the tour?
It’s a really long day, so the tour is not encouraged for children. However if they are hardcore shoppers they can participate. Ticket prices are the same for children.
Children / teenagers under the age of 16 may not purchase tickets directly. Children / teenagers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian 18 years of over. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for children / teenagers at all times. If a child / teenager displays dangerous or disruptive behaviour, the hostess can both parent/legal guardian and child/teenager to leave the tour at any stage.
Who are we fundraising for?
The Smith Family who do great work for families and children all around Australia.
